About the Course
The 5 day immersion is designed as a learning program.
Participants will be taught the basics of movement, breathing and meditation. Learning how to effectively self-regulate emotions is the aim of this program. After completion, you will have a foundation to further build upon, to develop self-reliance and resilience.
These practices are evidence-based and have a proven track record in improving the lives of veterans. Immerse yourself into a safe, fun and interactive environment alongside others going through the same issues and struggles themselves. This psychosocial aspect is incredibly healing.

Your Instructor
Jordan McCallum
Jordan has been practicing yoga and qi gong for over 15 years. He has travelled extensively to India and Indonesia and has studied under various yoga and qi gong masters. After a long career in the SASR and 2CDO, he has used these techniques himself as a way to manage his wellbeing and improve his quality of life.
