To register and pay for a program or private session, please fill out and submit the form below and then complete payment via PayPal (with a credit card option). 

On completion of registration, you will receive an email with a link to the Joining Instruction. Please read and complete the JI form, which is required to be completed submitted at least two weeks prior to program or private session commencement.

You will be directed to the payment page after registering. To secure your place, a deposit is required for all programs, with the remainder to be paid at least one week before program commencement. Alternatively, you may choose to pay the full fee upfront.
